Toffee - Cat - Female
Toffee can be a Feral or Antho character either way that she is drawn is fine. Banndana is not always necessary it can be optional but it prefered. Her stripes are optional.
This is her ref sheet, note again stripes are optional but very important I made a mistake on the paws in the non stripe ref so for her paw pattern please look at the stripe ref sheet as the pattern is shorter
